Look, if you ain't hungry you ain't dieting right! The biggest obstacle around losing weight is not food..... it's your head!
The psychological aspect of being hungry, not being a lazy so and so. Getting off your bum and not making the excuse that we havent got time to move more. Stop fanny around and start dont wait for a Monday....start today.
Truth bomb....you don't have to go to the gym to lose weight shhh! most of our weight loss efforts come from our non-planned exercise activity thermogenesis or NEAT for short. So, housework and walking the kids to school etc. This movement burns most of your calories. Basically, just think every time you sit down to watch Nexflix dont, clean some shit while watch! not only will you have a really clean house and lose weight (if in a calorie deficit), but its really hard to each a whole tub of Ben and Jerrys while dusting #truestroy.
I have been hungry for nearly five months. I have also been in a calorie deficit for five months. Meaning, I have lost 2 stone and 7 pounds! Calorie deficit equals eating fewer calories than you burn off. It really is that simple. This also equals being hungry. Once you embrace the hunger then you will find losing weight so much easier (still fricking hard), but not as bad. Now dont get me wrong everyone is different and indiviual so diets and meals need to be tailored to make sure you dont get an eating disorder or pass out. But an element of the psycology of losing weight, much like being addicted to alcohol or drugs (apart from the fact we cant just stop eating because we would die), but you need support for that craving for food. And thats where I come in! Email me, lets talk about if you need help.
